In my blood

After a day of working and not stopping for any food, I was famished.

My favourite Italian restaurant is closed for the holidays, so we looked for somewhere else. My husband asked for traditional English food, so I booked our local Indian restaurant. 

It has been a while since we had a curry, so it was a nice change for us. I do like the different sweet spices. It’s also nice to have a change for your pallet now and again. It helps to appreciate how lucky I am. I love food but Italian cuisine is in my blood.  I still kept the Mediterranean way by being with my family and enjoying dinner as a nice event, as well as sharing quality time together as a family, something else in my blood. Never a dull moment 🥰
