Dinner Meeting

A day of more meetings for us today. The best ones, of course, are in a good Italian restaurant. Tonight we went to a really posh restaurant on Park Lane in Knightsbridge. The food was spectacular. However, whether you are dining in a Michelin Star restaurant or a simple family-run Trattoria, its the personal touch that really counts. When you trust the chef and the cuisine, it makes for a great experience: we leave it to them and they make our evening very special. Freshness in the food and quality is very important. I know it’s good for you, washed down with a couple glasses of good wine. Delightful, without being over-indulgent. You can always trust the Mediterranean way is best for you.
