Cannolata Pie Eton Mess Style

Fresh berries, oranges, chocolate, cream and pieces of cannoli cookie combine to create a mouthwatering "Eton Mess" drizzled with pistachio cream.



  • 800g cannoli cookie shells 

  • 800g ricotta cheese 

  • 400g sugar 

  • 1 orange 

  • 200g raspberry 

  • 200g strawberry 

  • 200g blueberry 

  • 800g double cream 

  • 50g pistachio nuts

  • 100g dark chocolate 

  • 100g pistachio cream 

  1. In a large bowl add the cannoli cookies, breaking them with your hands.

  2. In a separate bowl whisk the ricotta cheese with 200g of the sugar 
    Mix the cannoli and ricotta cheese together

  3. In another mixing bowl whip the cream with the remaining sugar. 

  4. Together with the ricotta cheese and cannoli add 3/4 of the whipped cream, mixing them all together.

  5. At this time, add the cannoli mixture, half of the berries and the ground pistachio nuts

  6. Place the mixture in a serving bowl and topping with all remaining berries a touch of pistachio cream, the pistachios and the chopped dark chocolate garnish with the rest of whipped cream and slice of orange
