Chef Carmelo Carnevale was raised in the kitchens of Sicily and shaped by the discipline of Michelin-grade hotels across Europe. Twenty years on, he leads ChefMéd as private chef to some of the UK’s most discerning hosts, oversees Lizzie’s Cucina, and consults on hospitality projects from London to the Mediterranean.
As founder of ChefMéd Ltd, he brings together experiences, restaurant hospitality and consultancy. The House also proudly sponsors the independent Italian Culinary Consortium (ICC).
